Job Description	Our client, a Global Leading Software and Services organisation, are looking to expand their Enterprise Content Management Software Division with the appointment of a Senior Sales Leader through out Central and Eastern Europe. Recent acquisitions within the ECM sector have contributed to their exceptional suite of content management related solutions and they now wish to exploit their advantage, and develop business throughout the region. The Senior Sales Leader will have dotted line management responsibility for a team of twenty five sales people tasked with sales of ECM software to the finance sector. With a very strong brand name which is recognised throughout the world, combined with extensive marketing and resources they already have a very high number of existing accounts. You will focus on utilising these resources effectively and developing relationships with clients, channels, partners and internal personnel.
